1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of theoneretail.com. The website is run by The One Retail Pte. Ltd. ("One Retail", "we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore under UEN 201817395W, with its registered office at 1 Kim Seng Promenade, #11-00, Singapore 237994. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

These terms cover the website only. Use of the One Retail platform, and any services we provide, is governed solely by a signed agreement between your organisation and us.

2. Information on this website

The website describes the One Retail platform and our services in general terms, for information. Modules, features, integrations and availability vary by edition, region and release, and may change. Nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms part of a contract unless a signed agreement says so. Quotes are given in writing and are subject to contract.

3. Product screens and the product tour

Product screens and the product tour show sample data to illustrate how the platform works. The people, suppliers, stores and figures in them are invented, and your own configuration may look and behave differently.

4. Using the website

You may use the website to learn about One Retail and to contact us. You must not:

• use it unlawfully, or to send anything unlawful, harmful or misleading;
• try to gain unauthorised access to it, test its security, or disrupt it, without our written permission;
• copy or collect its content by automated means beyond ordinary browsing and search engine indexing;
• submit forms in someone else's name or with information you know to be false.

If you believe you have found a security weakness, please tell us at security@theoneretail.com rather than testing it further.

5. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, product screens, images, video, the One Retail name and logo, belong to One Retail or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own organisation's evaluation of One Retail. You may not otherwise copy, adapt, publish or use them, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

6. Documents we send you

Documents we share on request, such as a security pack, may be shared under a non-disclosure agreement. Where they are, that agreement governs them.

7. Links to other websites

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

8. No warranties

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it is complete, accurate, up to date, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or anything on it, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, data or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
